Joshua Pulos
Co-Principal Investigator
Joshua serves as IMD’s co-PI and leads the support team, bringing a vibrant energy that’s hard to miss. He has a way of lighting up a room and making everyone feel included, all while staying deeply informed on the ins and outs of self-determination theory. As an Associate Professor of Special Education and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, he’s driven to understand the research behind the practice, not just what works, but why it works. That blend of warmth and rigor makes him an invaluable part of the team.
