Kendal Swartzentruber is a Co-State Coordinator for I’m Determined. He serves out of the Region 5 Training & Technical Assistance Center at James Madison University.

Self-determination is more than just rugged individualism. Being self-determined is recognizing that each person is a relational being who has strengths and needs that can be used and met through advocacy and strong mutual relationships with others.
