Cami Williams is a Determinator for I’m Determined. She serves out of the Region 2 & 3 Training & Technical Assistance Center at the College of William & Mary.

I enjoy being able to interact and work with the youth and watching them grow in their self-confidence – it is by far my most favorite aspect of this project.

Understand the skills, abilities, and beliefs that contribute to self-determination.

Decision Making - The skill of selecting a path forward based on various solutions that have each been thoughtfully considered. Self-Regulation - The ability to monitor and control one's own behaviors, actions, and skills in various situations. Self-Efficacy - Belief in one's own ability to succeed in specific situations or accomplish specific tasks. Self-Awareness - Basic understanding of one's own strengths, needs, and abilities.
